Ruby-Toned Fountain
St. Michael (San Miguel), guarding a dry fountain,
San Miguel de Allende
, Guanajuato, México
With your sword held high
you guard us from all evil,
stalwart San Miguel!

I'm Different!
Squeezed into this huddle of white and blue boats at Blairgowrie on the southern end of the Mornington Peninsula is one boat featuring some red.
As it is a search and rescue boat, being different is probably a good idea!
I need to be seen
I need the brightness of red
I'm here to help you

Ruby Cactus Blossom
Cactus blossom,
El Charco del Ingenio
, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, México
Why are you amazed
that the brightest flowers bloom,
nestling among thorns?

A Touch of Winter Red
It's still Winter in Australia!
It's still time to rug up well!
A touch of red suggests a touch of warmth!
The breezes may blow
Chilled air and pale sun
Don't stop the walkers
