Wisdom figure, home of artist Anado McLauchlin, La Cieneguita, Guanajuato, México
Wise one standing guard at night,
Wise eyes gleaming with delight;
Standing guard by day as well,
Keeping back the hordes of hell!

So many shades of red gathered in one place must be the ultimate Ruby Tuesday picture. I like that wisdom has many eyes and also a flower wreathe around his head.
ReplyDeleteSomehow flowers to me aren't compatible with hordes of hell.
