In Ruby Light

 
This little character is under infra red light at the Moonlit Sanctuary, Pearcedale.
The sanctuary's specialty is protecting Australian endangered species.

Like a small dragon
Hoping to be understood
Hoping to live life

    A nice change for the lizard - from a boring green to a luscious red. This reptile has been transformed!

    The tiny red guy is a real fragile charmer.
    Good that he's well protected.
    Soon we need protection for endangered humans too, like senior citizens, people with Down's syndrome and other oh, so valuable members of the human race.

    Can't help but wonder, is that red lighting in his habitat or your camera? I am happy about preserving endangered species, but his life looks so limited....the capture, however, is fantastic..
