Ruby Wild Goats?

A boat moored at Martha Cove marina on the Mornington Peninsula displayed this rather odd sign.
Any suggested
reasons for the wording...
or translations?

Inspired ruby sign

  2. My best suggestion is, a misspelling for gouts. Red sails in the sun set, warning about galloping gouts.
Have a wonderful ruby March day!

  3. Maybe as competitors, they consider themselves as ornery as wild goats. Thus the name of their team (although goats are known as mediocre sailors...)

  6. Is it the name of one of the boats? Some of the boat names we have around here get pretty creative.
