Feeling Red




I am feeling red today—
Better that than blue, they say.

Red is such a cheery shade,
Sweetest color ever made,

Brightens everything you do—
Better red, they say, than blue!

In my youth they used to say better red than dead and vice versa.
Here were many shades of red and I liked all of them.

In a world of sameness and bland, your red captures add more of an attention getting hue. Your poem is apt, ruby is the color that takes away the blue when most appropriate...

dear magical teacher red is indeed a bright cheerful colour but i am feeling blue, very blue..i just found out that my friend mr. jim had to say

good bye to one of his best friends and that is adi his little doggie...i am looking forward to the time when the lord comes to this earth and no body will die no more..not even animals...so sorry dear magical teacher for such a blue comment on a ruby tuesday but i just can't stop crying for that little dog....love terry
